Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 13-oz can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds, toasted or raw
  • dressing of choice

Instructions
 

  • Toss together the vegetables with enough dressing to coat (suit yourself!). Serve salad topped with the almonds.
