Erin Acharya is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist specializing in anxiety and a Certified HypnoBirthing Instructor. A former K-8 educator and administrator turned birth educator, she founded Birth Evolved to help smart, capable parents-to-be who feel lost when it comes to birth. Erin is a mom of three boys, including twins, and her own birth experiences, and the gaps she discovered along the way, inspired her to create evidence-based classes that combine mindset tools, nervous system regulation, and hypnotherapy to help anxious parents approach birth with calm confidence.
