Mom Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3/4 bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 bunch Green onions
- 1/2 Jalapeño
- 28 oz Canned whole tomatoes Such as Cento San Marzano Organic Peeled Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend garlic, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño in a blender or food processor
- Add whole tomatoes and big dash of salt/pepper
- Blend all together, adding salt as needed
