Lisa Paladino, MS, CNM, IBCLC is a Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 35 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. As the founder of Tongue Tie Experts, Lisa is dedicated to educating both professionals and parents about the impact of oral restrictions on infant feeding and family well-being.

She is the creator of the acclaimed course The Professional’s Guide to Tongue Tie in the Breastfeeding Infant, host of the Tongue Tie Experts Podcast, and author of two books, Tongue Tie for Parents and It Shouldn’t Hurt to Nurse Your Baby. Known for her approachable, evidence-based teaching style, Lisa brings clarity and compassion to a complex topic.
